Information we process
LynxAgent by Lynx Media may process seller account, advertising, campaign, keyword, search term, catalog, reporting, performance, budget, and operational data needed to provide agreed management services.
How information is used
Information is used to provide advertising management, account analysis, reporting, workflow review, support, and client communication. Lynx Media does not use seller data to provide services to unrelated clients.
Access and protection
Access is limited to authorized personnel and approved client users with a business need. Lynx Media uses administrative, technical, and organizational controls intended to protect account data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Sharing and retention
Lynx Media shares information only as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, support security operations, or as directed by the client. Data is retained only for as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and business recordkeeping.
Deletion and access requests
Clients may request data access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting labib@lynxmedia.co. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or compliance reasons.
